Yes! For movies and most events, you can choose your preferred seats from an interactive seat map. Seat availability is shown in real-time. Selected seats are held for 10 minutes while you complete your booking.
During checkout, you will see a "Have a coupon?" field. Enter your coupon code and tap "Apply". The discount will be reflected in your order total if the coupon is valid and meets the minimum order requirement.
No, you do not need a printed ticket. Simply show the QR code from your booking confirmation on your phone at the venue entrance. You can find your QR code in Profile > Bookings.
Yes, you can book tickets for friends and family using your account. Simply share the booking QR code with them. The person presenting the QR code at the venue will be granted entry.
If a show or event is cancelled by the cinema or organizer, you will be notified immediately and will receive a full refund (including the convenience fee) within 7-10 business days.
You can switch between Bangla and English at any time using the language toggle in the top navigation bar. Your preference will be saved for future visits.
