1. General Terms

Ki Chole ("we", "our", or "us") operates an online entertainment discovery and ticketing platform accessible via web and mobile applications. These terms govern your use of our platform, including browsing, account creation, ticket booking, and all related services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Account Terms

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• One account per person; shared accounts are not permitted
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

3. Booking & Ticket Terms

All ticket bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of a confirmation with a QR code or booking reference.

• Ticket prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳)
• A convenience fee may apply to each booking and is non-refundable
• Tickets are valid only for the specified date, time, and venue
• Duplicate bookings will not be refunded if made by user error
• E-tickets must be presented (printed or on mobile) at the venue for entry

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund policies vary by event organizer and venue. General guidelines are as follows:

• Movie tickets may be cancelled up to 2 hours before showtime for a partial refund
• Event tickets may be non-refundable depending on the organizer's policy
• Convenience fees are non-refundable under any circumstances
• Refunds, when applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days
• If a show or event is cancelled by the organizer, a full refund (including convenience fee) will be issued

5. Payment Terms

We accept payments via bKash, Nagad, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and other methods available through SSLCommerz. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.

You agree not to use fraudulent payment methods. Any booking made with fraudulent payment will be cancelled and may result in legal action.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ki Chole acts as an intermediary between users and entertainment providers (cinemas, event organizers, venues). We are not responsible for:

• The quality, safety, or legality of any event, movie, or performance
• Changes to show timings, cancellations, or venue-related issues beyond our control
• Any loss or damage arising from attending an event or show
• Technical issues at the venue that prevent entry with a valid ticket

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific booking in question.
